Follow The Instrutions And You Will Acomplish Successful Help
In order for your code to work u have to do 2 things:
[1]Surf the net for wallpaper sites and finding a wallpaper that u want. Click on the image to view the image at its largest and get the properties(the "url" of the image. U can do this by right clicking anywhere on the large image and choosing properties.
[2]You insert the "url" you copied from the wallpaper into the code where it says to.M

**Note**look at the last center tag..its different then the beginning one..it contains a slash in it which means you are ending the tag.

Just change the size of the border to the number u want to from 1-5 where it says to.
To Make Your Note Box The Same As Your Background
Remember to make sure u look in the code to change what has to be changed such as font color and style.
To Put Any Picture In Your Note Box, (Small Ones Look Best)
Make sure to look at this code also.
To Change Scroll Bar Color
You Can have your scroll bar multiple colors.
To Put A Border Around Your Page
Just change the nubmer and color in the code..numbers should be 10, 15, 20, etc..i wouldnt go any higher than 30.
